Making Money Moves is a brand new podcast brought to you by Janet’s List, hosted by Janet Oganah and Adonica Simmons. The aim of our podcast is to open up conversations about money, mindset and the moves people have made to build successful businesses.

If you are a female entrepreneur, a high impact woman or are simply looking for inspiration, this podcast is for you. We interview inspiring guests, mostly women of colour, who are building incredible businesses. Our guests will also share tips and strategies, which you can apply at any stage of your entrepreneurial journey.

It is Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK and we were delighted to have Tania Diggory on the podcast.  She is the founder of Calmer as well as being an NLP practitioner and mental health trainer.

In the podcast, she describes how she set up her businesses, how she subsequently dealt with burnout, anxiety and depression as a business owner, how her experiences led her to set up Calmer (a platform which supports creative entrepreneurs on their start up journey and helps them manage anxiety and uncertainty.  We also discussed her book ‘This is Calmer’ (look out for a free giveaway soon).

As always we discussed money and how she planned financially for both her businesses and dealt with money challenges.
